Q: Are you Licensed & Insured ?
A: Yes, We are licensed as Residential and Commercial Builder's. We are also Certified by the IICRC and the RIA as Mold, Water, Fire, and Structural Drying Technicians. We also carry full Mold and Pollution Liability, Professional Liability, General Liability and Workmens Comp Insurance.
Q: How do you remove the mold ?
A: Mold infected drywall,carpet,tiles and other porus materials are removed and discarded under containment and negative air to prevent cross contamination. All other areas are HEPA vacuumed, scrubbed, scraped, wire brushed and treated with EPA registered fungicides, biocides and anti-microbials.
Q: How do I know the job was completed properly and is safe to re-enter ?
A: All of our remediation projects are completed to industry guidelines. Large remediation jobs include post air sampling and are sent to a 3rd party accredited lab for analyzing.

Q: What type of chemicals do you use ?

A: We have numerous chemicals that can be used depending on the job at hand. All of our chemicals are EPA registered and are hospital grade. MSDS sheets are available upon request.

Q: Do you guarantee your work ?

A: All of our work includes a 1 year workmanship warranty and a 3 year limited mold remediation warranty.
